Orders
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. All orders are placed as a guest — we only ask for your name, email, and phone number at checkout. No account required.
How do I find my order after placing it?
Go to the Orders page and enter the email address you used at checkout. All orders placed with that email will appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. You can also check your order status at any time via the Orders page.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the EU. We are working on expanding to other regions — check back soon.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately when you complete payment at checkout. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe confirming the transaction.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Products
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin and are clearly labelled. If you have specific concerns, the full ingredient list is available on each product page. When in doubt, patch test before use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. None of our products are tested on animals. We are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainable packaging across our entire range.
How should I store my products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving them in humid environments such as showers, as this can degrade certain formulas over time.
