Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on indievps.eu (the "Site"), operated by Mencare ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

By submitting an order you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, email address, and phone number — is accurate and complete. We use this information solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you are charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.

3. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Your card will be charged at the time of checkout. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for express shipping. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, or error-free.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product use.

8. Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process and fulfil your order (name, email address, phone number). We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) or deliver your order (courier partners).

By placing an order you consent to us contacting you at the email address or phone number provided for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Mencare and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mencare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the EU member state in which we are domiciled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
